“Mike Matei”

Here is my 1cc playthrough of Street Fighter 2010 for NES. I was going for a no death run initially but I was pretty happy that I was …

  1. Mike love your content always been following since the beginning gof your streaming career and avgn start can u do a extremely hard Zelda one randomizer soon. Those are so good and u can max the settings out to be harder than ones you've done in past. Just a suggestion from a long time fan and Zelda lover and Zelda randomizer lover plus when u do the randomizer there just something special bout those streams

  2. they had some high hopes for 2010 given the fact it was only 20 years in the future from the date of release.
also i was like wtf kind of street fighter game is this, i was like its a megaman clone with sf characters rip offand i looked at the box and remembered its an actual capcom game i totally forgot they made both those games and is just crazy because it looks even worse than megaman or street fighter. like why does ken have a blaster now lmao is ken megaman since megaman 2 says 200x lol i think the megaman x games say 20xx, so this could be the megaman in between those timelines lol

  3. i cant get over the oddity that is this game. The forced connection (no real connection?) to SF, climbing up pillars of liquid, eyeball monster that creates pillars of stone from it's biology, etc. What kind of drugs were they taking???

  4. That AVGN episode was solid back in the day, so much so that it sorta overshadowed the game. I barely remembered much about it afterwards. Nice to see that the game is definitely worth a play after all these years.

  5. Man, my stepbrother found this game at a comics store like 29 years ago. We all got pretty good at it, but no 4 of us brother ever beat the final boss. I've been watching you and James since forever ago, so I did love his episode. Anyways, this is fun for me to watch because you're a friggin' wizard at this game. I bow to your superior skills, Sir Mike, the Brave.

  6. When I was in first grade and told kids in class about this game, they thought I was lying, and that the only Street Fighter games were the ones from the arcade. Debatable whether they missed out.

  7. I feel like this is actually a pretty good game. It was made when Capcom was at its peak for titles on the nes. The only thing that makes it weird is that it's related to the street fighter franchise. If it wasn't for that, this game would be a lost classic.

  8. I really appreciate that you upload to YT Mike. Also: If someone locked you in a small cinderblock room with no windows and wouldn't let you leave until you beat a specific game, what would be the worst game they could pick for you?

  9. mike, my dude, here's a tip from a 95 kid here who feel like ur their old cousin who knows the stuff>:: delve into weird bizzarre creations in the game sphere and explore them in some streams. I know your thing and the main thing for viewers is retro stuff, but even that might be embarked in what i'm saying.
    Weird experiences of the past
    Bizzarre games.
    Out of the box stuff…

  10. I've always liked the look of this game (some of the best, almost 16-bit background graphics on the NES) but it's brutally hard, so this was impressive. One of the few really hard NES games that I beat back in the day without a Game Genie. No way I could today.

  11. I only heard of this game for the first time a couple days ago when I saw the ad in an old Conan comic then realized I had the ROM on my NES mini. I tried it and did not get far.
