This really doesn’t do anything though, every state, different set of rules and laws. The federal government can pass laws all they want on guns, but the states will usually go with a more extreme approach in most cases, even though the federal law is the least restrictive the states usually go with a more restrictive approach. Either way the states will always divide and be divided on issues like this, certain areas calls for different rules and laws, due to the behavior of the public in those areas. It’s the same thing as laws got passed everywhere, at some moment somebody did something wrong, and it ruins it for the rest.
SCOTUS needs to be replaced by a new group of scholars. The current group is a mess, including the liberal ones.

The supreme court needs to start issuing judicial censures and/or removal of specific judges who ignore their rulings. Put the fear into the judiciary to toe the line.
We the People need to start ignoring Unconstitutional laws in mass.
They need to hurry up and do something to restore gun rights to felons in states that have garbage governors like desantis. I got 4 felonies when I was 19 & 20; I have been eligible for my gun rights since 2003 and still do not have them. Desantis is a little wanna be dictator piece of garbage.

Adding severe responsibility, restrictions and consequences on firearm ownership does not diminish the second amendment.
Hopefully now repukes have lost there power and the sc is about to be changed forever we will see laws pass that provides the ability for any police force to enact a law that prevents just anyone buying a gun, permits should be law for everyone after a full background check and only if the police feel the person is responsible enough to own one. Maga morons need to be banned from owning any gun at all.

So would the case go further in the system if someone tries to buy a rifle or shotgun, is told they need a permit, doesn't apply for the permit and then sues the State? Even in some of the counties you need a permit to buy a rifle or shotgun.

The law is a suggestion to me nothing more. I don't care what the supreme court says or what others say God gave me the right to defend myself and ill use whatever means is necessary to do just that.
