  1. The wisest thought that is in everyone's minds today is to invest in different income flows that do not depend on the government, especially with the current economic crisis around the world. This is still a good time to invest in gold, silver and digital currencies (BTC, ETH…. stock, silver and gold)

  2. Jobs are only for people not smart enough to find their way on their own or handle self employment. Why would I ever want to use my skills to make someone else a profit? Jobs are for the lazy and unmotivated. Sorry if I hurt your feelings just speaking the truth. They never abolished slavery they just called it the 40 hour work week included all of you suckers.

  3. Dude trust me. FICO is irrelevant. It's utter bullshit. It's a scam tool used to make the lenders rich. No matter what I do, my credit score never goes about 830. So what the fk is the point of 850? And when I don't carry a balance on my credit card my score drops big time. Once I saw it at 760. I called Experion and was told I don't have enough revolving credit. I'm 62and have no need for that crap nor do I get loans for cars etc. I have a couple years left on my mortgage which I could pay off but I'm getting more on my money keeping it invested. So the scam is unless you forever stay hooked on debt, your credit score plummets too. In my past I paid off two houses and never missed a payment and the same with auto and credit cards I had years ago. FICO is bullshit. I should have 850 because I'm debt responsible.

  4. I don’t know personally every city I’ve live in the past 10yrs Colorado Springs, Louisville, Lexington, and mobile all we’re desperate for trade workers. Electricians, HVAC, plumbing, and elevator companies are desperate for help. They’re paying high wages, paying for training, and often times have unions. I mainly work for apts and every apt complex I know of is short staffed. I feel like there are plenty of jobs it’s just that nobody wants them 🤷‍♂️

  5. Yet in our county, with less than 35,000 people in 1,163 sq miles, the economy is going way up. Attending a tour of the new pizza place (the real stuff, no chain type). Last month it was the new movie theater with real art deco features, from when it first opened close to 100 years ago. It was falling apart and closed for years. There's also a high class restaurant where tour buses bring people to eat. New shops, and art center, new ice cream parlor not chain either (closed for the winter). Jobs are opening all around. Some years ago this town was a "dump", now most streets have been upgraded. Yes, it is in the US. A woman trucker, friend of my daughter, moved close by from Texas, and now is getting paid a lot more, than she was there. Some people are getting smart and moving to areas with less people, that are increasing financially. This is located in the middle of nowhere. Don't ask me where because I will not tell you. Not selling my house regardless of offers.

  6. Im struggling with billings and my wife and i both work she makes more money than me and my baby sitter wants to charge us 1850 a month for baby sitting. Might have to literally stop working cut cost and stay home to raise the kids. Shits no joke.

  7. The drive to keep city tax bases up is strong, so onsite is easier to get right now. The long commute and the distracting modern open floor plan office just make no sense for any other reason. It would be nice if businesses could headquarter and pay taxes in a location without brick and mortar presence, and then localities could find other ways to keep the local economy alive besides forcing commuters to come in every day. They could try creating sources of entertainment and leisure as attractions.
