I encountered the lot of issue on these laptops, including problems with the Wi-Fi driver and booting issues, especially when the laptops were not updated for more than a month. Cost wise is good but ,we want to see the life of the laptop. so my point of view we go for hp laptops is recommended

I purchased this laptop 1 st September . 2 nd September i am facing screen flickering or blinking display soo much. After one day it becomes normal .now after 3 day i am not facing blinking or flickering issue what does it mean anyone can explain.. i requested to customer service to replacement but they saying long date for replacement.. Please just buy a refurbished laptop you can get i5 10th gen laptop around this price and it's going to perform 5x-10x better than this laptop. You can usually get them from any laptop store nowadays, if they don't have it they will arrange it in like 1-2 days
