  1. Isn’t this what every schizophrenic sees every day? The world they see and hear is totally inside their own world view. Very soon we will all become like that, not sure how to react to that!…

  2. Don't wanna sound like a boomer but if this is the future, it's fucking sad. We already stare at our phones all day anyway, but at least when you look up you see the real world. With this thing you can't even look up, you just see more screens, you're always online. Sounds like a nightmare.

  3. most of this my phone does fine, other than the multiple screens at once thing, but what actually requires more than 2 screens? i can already watch stuff while responding to emails etc, it just goes into picture-in-picture. my phone watches youtube fine, and i can set it down and look at the world around me instead of having it on a huge digital screen. I don't really need to watch northernlion in IMAX, and I don't want to either.

this all feels like bloat. i already have a mini computer in my pocket that does everything i need it to quickly and easily, no bulky goggles required.

  4. Initially I thought incredibly ridiculous, but after watching I can see how incredibly useful this concept is. Maybe not while walking around the streets with snow goggles on, but in airports, or just general places where you have time to either chill or work while waiting, that’s cool. I wonder if you can edit videos on this thing using Final Cut Pro.

  5. Subscribed.
Really some good insights, that I think would pop up over time. The thing with windows being swept away, while in a moving subway car; that was both entertaining, very well presented, though Apple will patch that stuff up (I'll see if I can get a coworker to bet against that).

  6. This is AMAZING technology, but sad we actually need this. Yet another device to tear us away from the real world. Yet another device to squander countless hours on, hours we will never get back.
