i remember going to Red Owl when i was a kid, there were several here in the Twin Cities. they had all closed by the 80s.
How come; EVERY SINGLE TIME a reseller RAVES that "These are worth HUNDREDS of DOLLARS", I go out and buy the same type of stuff and it SITS there for a year or 3 , with no watchers? LOL. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Anyone else like to chime in ?

Dang – Love this video – I would have never guessed the values on these. I bought a massive collection from someone who dealt alot in vintage advertising (in addition to sports and toys) – I won't be surprised if I find some of these in that group and now I know. Thanks for the education 🤛
Ohhhhh the things I wish I had back. My husband is a truck driver and he used to collect mugs from most of his stops. Several years ago he decided to downsize his collection and we donated many of his milk glass mugs😢😢

I'm all about the Mug Life! I recently got a pair of Federal Glass milk glass mugs with Keystone (PA power company I think) advertising on them. Nothing crazy, paid $.50 each and they go for $10 a piece. We've got some mugs in our booths and I got plenty on my death pile.
There was a Bunny Bread bakery in Defiance, Oh where I went to college! Will be on the look out for milk glass advertising coffee mugs from here on out! Crazy!
I don't think I've ever found milk gas advertisement type mugs. I have found lot's of Disney milk glass but it isn't worth very much. Thanks for the snap shots.
