Any online play on them?
With the mug switch cart wouldn’t it be possible to port our GameCube or other library’s onto the SD card?
My thing is Ok it can play a "Backup" But if it goes into the card slot how do you dump a game off a card if the card slot is in use.
E-shop shenanigans is the only reason you need to buy this.

I’m totally blown away on how Nintendo got the entire game with the DLC content of the Witcher 3 on one of those small chip cartridge. I own a Switch because of that game alone. This new hardware option is very interesting with older Nintendo content all on one portable system.
Am I understanding this right that the dumping device will work with the console staying vanilla? If so that's HUGE, I've been dying to try out some of my games on an emulator (ahem, 60 fps Metroid Dread) but I know Nintendo's extremely aggressive about protecting their IPs, don't wanna risk getting in trouble over downloading a torrent lol
Great! You gotta live the Russian ingenuity! Piracy is great! As a lot of research has shown: people who download media wouldn’t have bought that media anyways so no loss, a lot of people download and see something new become a fan and procure the official product to get the booklets, the case, the extras that used to come with albums, and movies and games (another reason digital downloads suck!), piracy innovated hardware security a lot and most importantly it prevented media from getting lost (recently SONY basically stole all people’s downloads, you can prevent that due to the tech designed by ‘pirates/hackers’)! All the game preservation is done by (illegally) reverse engineering and dumping code. So pirates should be hailed instead of jailed! Besides big companies themselves always play on an illegal crooked playing field — and when things don’t go their way they bribe and install the right politicians; as evidence also has proven time and time again.
Not going to go detailed and get super political, but that cart is being made and developed in Russia… 'nuff said. No thanks. I'll wait for another one to be made…

It will give you access to every Switch game that has been dumped and hosted online, because of that people will now be buying Switch games and dumping them and hosting them online.
Only the ones being hosted will be downloaded and it will probably take a few years to dump all of the games and host them.

Being playing switch games illegally on PC n my steam deck…but this is y we or gonna lose emulation…after this I promise u Nintendo is going fully digital
