  1. As of a couple of updates ago they've added video out support. And joystick and trigger dead zone setting.

Which I find works really well along with a paired controller.

  2. The Thing playes PS2 and Gamecube games better than the Retroid Pocket 3 plus and that just came out a year ago. As for the whole Fat32 things. Just format the card as extension of the Android file System and you can have games on there that higher than 4gb. I got 6gb God of War on there and works fine.

  3. I watched almost all Youtube reviews. Very confused about some comments. Many people do not understand why and for what we use the G Cloud. It is not a Steam Deck and not want to be. Who wants to play on the run needs always a great WiFi or GSM signal. If you not get a strong GSM signal and not own an unlimited data plan no DEVICE can stream in HD any content, games or movie. A phone is still a phone. Incoming call… game stopped. Those controllers does not make your phone a gaming device and cost if good one almost same like a 2nd hand G Cloud. In my case i never want my phone be blocked from calling at all. WiFi in public transport in Germany LOL. I use my G Cloud 90% at home. When I leave the house I am to busy to play. Hotel WiFi are mostly bad for any device. A good price for the G Cloud and it will be half the price of a Steam Deck. Bigger, better screen, not getting warm, better battery, weight !?Outside my home I have retro games and android games. The mobile phone is with me anyway.
I DO LOVE IT and for what it is, it is the best device on the market in 2023/24 for those who understand

  4. This is often priced more than a Switch OLED, which is crazy to me. This is a gaming accessory to Game Pass, PS (even though you need a 3rd party app) and Steam etc, not a console in itself. If this was priced around £150, it would have been such a great option. I get you can run emulators, however if your main selling point is it can play pirated games, you've missed the mark with it.

  5. I was doing research to buy this holiday 2023. most of the pain points in software are supposedly fixed per scrolling the logitechgcloud subreddit. might be worth looking a bit deeper if something like video out or exfat support turned you off of this.

  6. I just got one for under $200 on eBay. The retail price is wild, but for what I’m paying and for what I’m mostly going to playing on it, I’m pretty excited to be getting it. Good video.

  7. Dude it's handheld?! Why the shit would you wanna lay it on a table?? Shoulder buttons feel fine. Of course there's no video out man?? Why do you think it's priced cheaper?? Got mine for $200! Who are you?

  8. The design looks cool and more comfortable than the ayn odin pro but would of been worth the money if they only use the sd 870 chip not worth that much for weakass sd 720 chip hell even my my crappy low end android phone runs much better than this

  9. Yes this is overpriced and slightly underpowered, but the fact that Logitech is a large, major tech company selling this in Best Buy is a huge plus compared to all the small companies selling Android handhelds straight from China.

  10. asking this question wherever I can in hopes of an answer – if I play modded stardew valley on my pc, would my mods carry over to my G Cloud experience? all my mods on a handheld seem like the biggest upside for me

  11. Would you consider doing a new video after applying the latest firmware update? I believe screen mapping is done. I’m curious if it helps with emulation issues you mentioned or how well Xbox streaming from a local lan Xbox series x works.

  12. I have one, its my go to handheld because of the size of the screen and its relatively low weight, the right analog stick is too close to the buttons, my only complaint.

  13. Bro how you showing us emulators without telling us the resolution?

That makes a big difference because if it runs like ass and looks like ass why wouldn’t anyone stick to their ass pc or laptop and keep running it there with out a new price cost?

  14. Wow I simply love your reviews. Much appreciated. I have a bit of a collection and the retroid pocket 2+ and the retroid pocket 3 were my go to but since buying the logitech G cloud, it is the only device for me. When it comes to retro gaming, the screen and comfort are just so far above the rest. (Other than the steamdeck). Battery life is amazing and when you combine this with the Daijisho front end, it is just so slick. I do however agree with price being a bit high but for me just to have an amazing N64 hand held, it is worth it.

  15. Why does everyone compare e erything to Steam Deck in terms of price? Yall are aware that Valve does not need to make a profit on hardware sales. They can afford a loss on hardware if it means more people buy software from Steam. Logitech has no such luxury. I think the device at $300, which at the time of this writing is what it is selling for, is decent enough. Had it been equipped with a more powerful Snapdragon SoC I could see the original $350 asking price being doable. Assuming the G Cloud does not support ext4 format, you can always format ANY micro SD Card to Fat32. Third party applications on Windows allow you to do this so that isn't a great argument either.

  16. I JUST GOT THIS ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE FOR $200….Please do an emulation setup for this device from scratch please — I am very excited as I just sold my Retroid Pocket 3 Plus for $150 to get this just because of the better screen…. Let me know your thoughts Taki… A subbed participant
