Someone should file a motion on the judge for slow walking the case under the "6th Amendment = the right to a speedy trial." The lawyer saying that the case is complicated is being disingenuous. The case is cut and dry, Trump stole classified documents including defense secrets and then hid evidence. The evidence is overwhelming. Trump is a traitor and so is Eileen Cannon.
Wouldn't a pattern of Judge Cannon's delaying tactics be enough to take her off the case?
