God Joey that makes me so nervous, trying to lift the PCB up when it's stuck to the thermal paste and liquid and pads… I've been dealing with that on PlayStations and man it freaking really worries me that I'm going to tear BGA balls & pads, not to mention capacitors and other components that will ping off into the unknown without you even knowing..😭😭😭
@JoeyDoesTech on your live stream on july 9th you got lucky there wasn't a short after third wifi ic replacement. There was a solder ball still on the board. It is 6 over and 4 down from top left.

You are getting to the point where 170 is too expensive to make it really worth your time, except for perhaps the learning experience. You are going to have to start searching for dead ones in the 140-150 range to really make it financially worth getting up in the morning.
It would be nice to see an overall number of hours spent in addition to profit/loss.

On capacitors that are not important why don't they build a fuse inside of it that way when it shorts it goes open. Then the device will continue working.
