Dude, I have a tub drain wrench and I am not a plumber.
That is truly the most disgusting looking tubs I have ever seen.
Bro…filling the tub with 2 inches of water is not testing it. Get a tub wrench like an actual plumber and tighten that that thing down so you can compress the rubber on the shoe against the tub. You then need to fill the tub up, so you’re actually testing the putty. And then rubber on the shoe when it comes time to drain it. And keep it running when it full so you can test the rubber on the overflow. Change your name from plumbhero to plumbbeginner until you actually know what you’re doing.
