This episode basically showed the theme of Earth's native kaiju being aware of the alien kaiju threat and try to defend their home planet on their own, also explained why so many powerful native kaiju keep showing up recently, they do not have an organization but they all aware something is going to happen so they are trying to protect their home world, and the conflict between human due to unable to communicate makes it a great storyline. Also, the use of the beam fired in the early episode proves to be something big hint to the story is also great writing.
Next week is a special episode, so yes, ep 24 will be in the following week.
The fact that Blazar punch Gento to force him to get some rest is kind a cute ❤😂

Like I can't believe how tightly planned the plot of the whole show is. I 100% did not expect that one scene from episode 3 has such significance, it's amazing.
