That was the Mac that made me switch over.
Unparalleled industrial design, Sandy Bridge CPUs, 128GB SSD, amazing trackpad and keyboard, and very capable IO. All that for only $999! Not to mention Lion/Mountain Lion was pretty great.
What a cool crossover! Reminded me of when I was a kid and Jimmy Neutron and Timmy Turner were in the same movie lol
I don’t believe I remember an episode of Upgrade or The Talk Show where Myke and John Gruber get a chance to interact. That was pretty fun. It’s always cool to see Jason Snell on TTS sometimes though. Very fun episode and topics!
Nice Show folks! Keyboard Maestro is the best Mac Software of all time, IMHO. Why? Because it makes every app better and more useful.

I blame the butterfly keyboard on Jony Ive and his obsession with thinness. Thin for the sake of thin without thinking of the ramifications.
In my mind, two of the best events in Apple's history were Jony Ive joining Apple, and Jony Ive leaving Apple.
