a idea the cut ending is cannon before it was cut ruin was already being made help wanted too and they just hoped the burn trap ending would be close enough mean the cut ending sounded amazing had voice acting too probably animation and could have only been changed to keep a E rating or bc Freddy turning bad seemed just too predictable
I wonder tho, if Gregory got the hell out of the Pizzaplex and never came back, how did his drawings come to be scattered everywhere?.. But this whole thing about him trapping the Mimic way before could potentially explain why he was at the Pizzaplex in SB and why Vanny was hunting him: not just because he's a kid and she kills those but because he got freed from Glitchtrap (or whatever that GGY thing is, you know) and Vanny can't have that, and also if getting freed from the influence means he doesn't really remember everything clearly he could really just have this whole lot of hunches about not trusting Vanessa and something fishy going on here… That being said, at this point it's basically impossible to tell what was supposed to mean what because they're really just trying to patch up the whole lot of inconsistencies that SB turned out to be because they had to rush it and scrap half the plot…
My thoughts of the canon ending for S.B is all of them are in there own way it is possible and or get info about the world for that game…but my question is how long was the dad in the v.r world cause you start in that world until you get into that room and take it off
Rooftop ending shows Vanny and Vanessa being separate from each other; VR sisters, if you will. It shows that were aren't two physical humans, but one human and two personas.

Idk if its a good theory but just my own thoughts
What if like help wanted 2 showed vanny got free of glitchtrap's control (lets just say due to the timeline of this video) and instead of leaving with Gregory she left at her own
And went her own way but she kept the vanny persona/suit and is now using it for her own motivations
Maybe vanny will be more like a anti villan/devil's advocate character in the story but doing it in the dark
She has the skills in coding she might be the type of instead of going in the places she digs up dirt and releases it to the public
And uses the vanny suit to use it as a way to hide her face whilst leaking actual secret info that would make fazbear go into a headhunt for her and use her suit to invade the establishments she needs to achieve her goals and ig she'd be a spice to the story,
cuz man if i went through what she did my psych would definitely would have some loose screws and i belive she knows how many she has offed so she'd totally not fear doing the vanny tatics as well as the Vanessa ones, switching between doing work like Micheal and breaking in and doing what needs to be done, maybe Being badguy and still using not so moral acts to get something that in the end might bring actual good
She would be the joker card bringing chaos but still being part of the deck, no one knows her motivations and her moves but she might do what we least expect
This is the most grounded theory I have seen from this game, even more grounded than the theories by Game Theory and such (no offense to those guys). Thank you for your thoughts on the subject. (Btw, Burntrap ending makes the most sense to me at least, so I’d say it’s canon.)
Security Breach's burntrap ending was a good candidate for the canon ending because it was the onoy one that didnt play out in a half-done comic xD
You could also take this into consideration to add on to Gregory did the Burn Trap ending and Jeremy did Princess Quest.
The fact that there's no comic for Princess Quest in Ruin doesn't automatically make the ending it self the true ending at least in how we knew it.
Though rather there is no comic for that because it was an ending that happened, but not from Gregory's perspective, but someone else's. Hence why there's a picture of Burntrap and the blob that Gregory could envisioned.
It still feels odd that ruin hasnt yet come to Xbox yet…..

While I have come to the same conclusion for a few things you've stated, I have to disagree with quite a bit.
I disagree that Gregory was ever under GlitchTrap's control.
I disagree that the person we play as is Cassie's dad (all human staff outside of Vanessa were let go & why would he need retraining).
I believe all the mini games are simulations. None of them are actually happening.
I disagree that Help Wanted 2 takes place before Ruin.
I disagree that elevator Gregory is the real Gregory.
I disagree with with GlitchTrap and Vanessa just splitting making the Princess Quest ending relevant (at least for now due to the theater video in Ruin. Though that easily could just be an Endo wearing the Vanny costume chasing Gregory. But then where is Vanessa?)
Though we may get more answers in the Help Wanted 2 DLC, should we get one.

Honestly, i'm starting to re-think the whole "Gregory is a robot" idea.
Freddy is hacked at the beginning of Security Breach.
When Gregory goes to upgrade Freddy, he has to put him in safe mode first. If you make a mistake while doing the minigame, Freddy jumpscares you.
Why would freddy jumpscare you in safe mode, unless that should be his default behavior, and the hack is overriding that.
What if Gregory is an instance of The Mimic. In Sister Location, we removed a copy of The Mimic from Baby, but Baby was still The Mimic. It's software. There can be more than one. There's no reason to believe that each instance of The Mimic would cooperate with other instances of The Mimic.
Roxxy, Chika, and Monty are all acting normally, trying to stop The Mimic. That may even be why Monty destroyed Bonnie, if Bonnie became infected by The Mimic. And if it hadn't hacked Freddy, then even Freddy would have tried to kill Gregory.
If Jeremy used Prototype Freddy as a replacement why is his chest torn to pieces as if he was attacked by the security bots like actual Glamrock Freddy was? I’m mainly curious about that since you did give an explanation for why his head is missing.
I believe it was an ID video where I mentioned this before, but if you really think about it, PQ can’t be the Only True Ending because it’s by far the happiest one, and this IS the franchise that gave us such happy endings as “Kid Dies of Head Injury”, “Guy Gets Disemboweled and Used as a Meat Puppet” or “Everyone Fricking Burns (Again)”.

10:39 the freddy that we see in hw2 was also seen in the vanny mask. I don't know how this proves or disproves something l. But I am just throwing it out there.
