I think the prototype looks like a skeleton because if you look at his hand you can see bone and veins, and maybe he might have a bone rib-cage and he uses the toys to cover himself up

I feel like the prototype has ripped apart mommy’s head and arm and replaced one of his arms with hers and used her head as like a mask also I feel like he combined kissy’s mouth with catnaps sleeping gas.and I feel like he carried smiling critters on his body to make a huge sound to make people deaf he could of killed bunzo bunny for like extra hearing Ms delight a huge no and boxy boo might be used for the prototype so he can hide more and blend in the place.Huggy wuggy might be used as fur to help the prototype dodge hits like people getting confused and think they are hitting him and dogdays legs for speed same with PJ so the prototype can get speed

I am going to be honest I can see why he believes that the prototype would use Kissy Missy’s mouth for parts, it would explain the blue fur in Chapter 2 because it could be Huggy Wuggy died and was dragged into the vent for the prototypes parts.
