Dishonest when you adjust for inflation, the last 4 entries came with a bluray player that could actually play content, you need to include the cost of the addon disk with the playstation pro to keep it comparable, especially since theres no PS5 digital on the list (which there shouldnt be.)

700 before tax without a disc drive or stand plus you need to pay for a subscription to game online and the cpu isn't even being upgraded it's still a zen 2 3700 all that gets upgraded is the GPU and people say it's cheaper than a pc lmfao nah if you buy a cheap pc you can upgrade the parts with a ps5 if you want to upgrade it's a whole new console like wtf and get this it's still either 30 FPS or 60 FPS for 700 HUNDRED 😂😂
This is the first generation to get price Hikes on both the base and the pro consoles. Honesty. There is zero financial justification for purchasing the pro console. To me that alone screams we are not doing this for everyone except the players. Dont forget they used the console refresh as a defence in court. For that reason alone they have to release something.

It's still cheaper than a gaming laptop or the newer handheld pc. Maybe a more valid upgrade than Ally X.
Why is everyone tripping about the price, we get it you cant afford it. I think its a good price for what you get. 33 teraflops is a strong number, yeah you might not really see much of a difference in graphics now but im sure in the future when games are specifically tuned for it itll look and run better

It makes sense to me. The PS5 is $500, the Pro for a bigger hard drive and better GPU. It seems fair for the $200 extra dollars.
If u have the pro name, u better include a disc drive.
The PS4 PRO 3 @ $700 is whack tbh
so when they bring out the ps 6 all of the ps 5 will no longer be woth it and people will have to buy the new on but for a pc user they can still play the new games when their are 2 or more generations of ps consoles and not hjave to spend all this money and thats why pc is better in terms of money is chgeaper because the timeframe that you use a gpu is longer than a console lasts. I also dont have to buy all new games if i get a new gpu I can still play ten year old games on a pc but cant on a new console without re buying them.
It sucks to see the price increases on everything nowadays.
What don't suck is increasing the salary of LTT's employees so they can afford a PS5 Pro.
