I always forget how loud those fans from the late 90s / early 2000s PCs were
I'd forgotten that startup sound.
Still annoyed back in the early 00s, I snapped and binned all my old floppy disks instead of just keeping them :o( lucky I still have a CD with some of my old college work on it from 1996, just annoyed I didn't keep the floppies.
