  1. How many knew when Wizard said "Hal" what he was talking about, before any explanation? I'll bet no one ever borrows Wizards flash light! You know you're getting old when you make the statement "To make it a little quieter"

  2. Had over 100k on my Venom 550 '94 Viper when I sold it. Added a 120hp dry shot, put total output to around 680hp.
Used as a DD from '97 to '05 in Florida.
It was rock solid reliable, needed little else then scheduled maintenance and wear items.
Had to replace the crossover coolant gaskets. Seeing you removing the coil brought back memories of that job.

  3. Just went to rock auto for fun to compare pricing. I used 1995, Viper had no V6 coils available, Intrepid had all the variations available for both V6 engine sizes.

  4. The wheel bolt pattern came from the Dakota truck. The rack and pinion I believe is a Dakota one or modified. I don’t remember. If I remember right the outside mirrors are Dodge Stealth. As you stated the 6 cylinder coil came from 3.3/3.8 engine family. Etc etc. if you think about it Dodge built a low budget super car with many in house parts.

  5. "All those valves" it's been a long time, but how many valves are we talking? 3? 37? 12? 4? Seriously, I can see maybe 3 or 4, but I don't remember it being difficult.

  6. that steering column reminds me of gm ones from that era, I recall a lot of similarites between GM and chrysler even the Obd1 port location and config. Ford always seemed like the odd man out and did things quite diferent from the other "big 2"
