i think if MS are going to do a console refresh they need to unify the memory and also increase the GPUs clock drastically as they messed up with making the console the way they did

Not only that but look at digital foundry videos and you will see while they push 2k with checkered boarding on PS they target native 4k on Xbox so the frame rate drops on Xbox. CoD did it for yrs. And many others. It's not just features a 56 cu gpi can out perform a 36 GPU al day if used. Devs take the money hat

I use my xbox series x as my secondary console I play & demo the games on xbox game pass ultimate before making a purchase on my PS5 because my PS5 is my main console I have most my friends on playstation.🥂😎
Xbox Series X IS more powerful then PS5. That’s just a fact. Sony is possibly paying devs alittle extra so they run better on PS5. Hopefully with Microsoft’s exclusives, they start to show off the difference in power.
You put too much faith in digital foundry. Digital Foundry is in Sony picket and lies constantly. Looks the hogwart legacy analista de bit videos and their video , they don’t even make face to face comparisons, only a shot ClÃo of hogwart and the analista has always 20 minutes side by side, the same with atomic heart. They are liars and are in a big anti Microsoft momentum because they know Microsoft would bye activision and a lot of costumer will come to gamepass. They are doing damage control. God of war suffers from heavy frame rate issues in some parts and they did not mention that. Don’t lose your time with them. Their problem is hifi rush is a gem, halo multi dlc impressive, Redfall, starfielf, forza they need to do as much damage as possible to stop xbox momentum, they are paid by Sony. Who cares what mediocre biased sites said. The problem is that dance at their pace with the same bs again and again

If you have both consoles wait for the game to come out and choose the platform that it performs best on. I typically bought third party titles on my series X, but as the performance issues continued to linger and persist, I waited to see which platform each title preforms best on so I can get the best bang for my buck.
I’m done with preordering games for Xbox series X. I’m just gonna sit back and see which platform these new games work best. I have both PS5 & Series X and I mostly buy games for Series X only to learn afterwards that it performs better on PS5.
Xbox team really should be held accountable for ensuring developers are accessing the full potential of the system so players can have the best gaming experience and differentiate themselves based on what was promised which is POWER over the PS5. I will start buying third party games for PS5 if it turns out that it performs better there than on Xbox. Sad because I’m truly an Xbox gamer and it’s my preferred gaming platform.
This is why Xbox needs to have Strong first party support to show the power off.

I wish Microsoft would ditch unreal engine and just make a engine 100% optimized for Dx12 Ultimate. How can we ask 3rd party developers to use the hardware when Xbox’s first party doesn’t even use it. There zero First party games that uses technology like Direct Storage.
Redfall looks last gen. Starfield looks last gen.
MS XB is too bloated with useless people like Phill Spencer. The problem if XBS is a disappointment now then no one will be buying XB next gen no matter what direction they go.
we all have to face the simple facts! some developers are biased, they are not taking advantage of the Xbox series X architecture, they did the same thing to the Xbox One X, they hold the Xbox One X back and make sure it is the same performance as the PS4 Pro, my biggest problem is Microsoft is too nice to call them out
…and i dont like the form factor of series SSD…it is lower-end hw and new fastest SSD Simply dont fit and dont exists for this form factor…. PS 5 instead have fast internal SSD, plus good standard (laptop and desktop) SSD form factor for its espansion… Also series S Is huge mistake for developer side and optimization for series X High end gaming.
If the games run better on PS5. People are going to buy PS5.
If better marketing and advertising is on PS5. People are going to buy PS5.
If more exclusives are coming to a certain console. People are going to buy that certain console
So far XBS is failing to deliver in everything! Fastest. Most Powerful..is what MS told gamers! Yet it is a big disappointment and is damaging trust in XB as it continues to fail to deliver console after console.

MS can make a quality assurance team that rejects unoptimized 3rd party games. The games that they reject, they should send developers to offer suggestions on how to better optimize them.
Stop buying the games…. Until they Learn to optimize the best they can using all the tools….
There should be no reason for a first-day patch … It should already be done at launch
