How many of these Chinese companies are going to be around in 5 years time? How are you gonna get parts and service? Is BYD the only Chinese company making a profit, it’s like a race to the bottom for the rest. Will it end up like their property market.

Yes, MS and MX are no longer buyers Choice, M3 follows them already, next will be MY. Too many issues don’t get fixed. It can not even autopark in 2024, so far behind in driver assistance systems. That is an easy Target for Chinese carmakers. They can cheap as well but with working rain sensors😄.
Who needs buttons anyway when you can multitask a 10 level buggy menu whilst driving at 100km/hr?

Side mirrors are adjustable from the driving wheel buttons, as on the G9. The inner lights are activated by pressing on the right place, but strange that English voice commands did not understand you wanted to light them up.

I think Xpeng has the best technology for the money and will catch on quickly with new customers.
Xpeng is very good on voice control intelligent system. If you speak Chinese you can talk to Xiaopi (the car VR assistant) and tell her how to adjust everything, what light or window to be lowered. It will recognize if the person talking to her is seating on the rear seat being right, left or middle. So there is really no need of so many switches and buttons in the car.

What i love about this channel, is that Bjorn is not only is looking at the design, but also at the (everyday) practical use of EVs. Trunk space seems comparable to Ioniq 5. Same for the rear seats.

The color is not consistent across the car, the back half is darker
China is supporting Russia´s war in Europe and attacking western institutions through cyberattacks. It is by far the largest perpetrator of criminal cyberattacks in the world, especially targeting Europe. Buying a Chinese EV is unconscionable.

Very nice but hardly a Model YLR killer, no frunk, small bottom boot, range ?. no dedicated charging network. So saying fantastic to see another EV entering the market
We don't get any of this stuff in the US so we are somewhat limited in EV choices. Need to wait for Rivian to bring out their new models.

in Denmark it was a white G6, with a white interior. super cool! But the seller said that the on the European market would not have LiDAR. 99% sure G6 will be the replacement for my ioniq 5 when it is replaced in the autumn.
It used to be every car was VW Golf or Passat killer but today everything is a Tesla killer 😅
When the new Porsche Macan was unveiled a couple of weeks back I thought Porsche copied this G6!

The G6 is even more energy efficient than the G9.
Headrest can be removed because the front seats can be laid flat so that you can watch a movie from the back seats. Alternatively, you could fold the back seats forward to turn the trunk into a bed.

Chinese EVs are verboten in North America, except for the Polestar and Tesla, but those aren't fully Chinese ones.
Anyway, that orange car looks like a Niro with half the trunk taken out.
It has to be a lot cheaper then the tesla Y for any succes in europe. I wouldnt see any reason to go for a unknown chinese brand.
The “leather” seats look weirdly shiny. Like they are worn.
G6 does not have LiDAR in eu. autopilot is camera based only
Why no Frunk ? What a waste of space. I hate the covered engine bay designs.
Finally some good looking rims. My G9 is a beautiful car and I love driving it but the rims on the standard and long range are just embarrassing (kindest word I can think of)
Next to this Xpeng, Nio’s sub-brands Onvo and Firefly are definitely on my radar for very good and cheap ev’s. Onvo will also have battery swap
