I reset and still no sound on the right side.
These headphones are a huge disappointment and waste of money
I found out how to reset
Starting with headphones off and charge cable is unplugged from headphones
1. Hold bluetooth/on button
2. Connect plugged in charger cable (keep button held down)
3. Wait for two light blinks (it was red for me)
4. Release Power/Bluetooth button
5. Turn on headphones, it should respond verbally now
Mine just power on, connect to my phone and a second later just disconnects again and shuts down. Keeps repeating that. It says the message "connected to…"then drops. No idea how to fix it

this isn’t a reset, you really only cleared the bluetooth list
How about the poor microphone pickup?
