You forgot one in Wii Rainbow Road to. The mandatory halfpipe isn't really mandatory. You can drift toward a part of the ring around it and clear the gap to skip the halfpipe.
You forgot one. In the section with the crack you can do a gap jump with mushrooms. And also it's not necessary to use a mushroom to reach the normal route on the 2nd and 3rd laps. You can just use the halfpipe on the right and trick off the ramp to make it on the ice and avoid the water.
Anyone else notice you can now pick up stars … dropped from someone after being lightning bolted? Or has that always been there and I’ve just never noticed 😂
Personally Im at peace with the DLC we got. Im just glad we got a MarioKart game with Coconut Mall, Waluigi Pinball, 3ds and wii rainbow roads, baby park, maple treeway, koopa cape, sunset wilds, cheese land , ribbon road and so much more all time greats in one game. I dont even care if we never get mariokart 9 at this point.

6:36 you don’t even need a mushroom anymore. just trick and hold back on the control stick and you should be golden
In the second section of Piranha Plant Cove you before you go back into the water where the Thwomps are you can skip that part of the section but you have to be on the right side. Btw only 200cc. I found out that one myself

After Wave 6, now is the BIG question that a LOT of people are still asking… When will there be a Mario Kart 9?
There is a shortcut on the half pipe with the giant golden ring surrounding it. If you drift in right past the gold ring you can skip the half pipe. Sometimes you will need to start up a quick drift to get back up to speed, but other times the boost panel will still give a boost after clearing the gap. I figured this out while trying to squeeze out a small drift on this section. If you get good at this you can be fairly consistent

DK Mountain doesn't even have a real gap jump. It does have like a off-road railing to it fences.

They nerfed rainbow road… All the memories of my mates being trash at this course and me having no issues with the track… They made it noob-friendly.
There is no "mall room" in Madrid Drive, it's actually part of Atocha station 😂
Rosalinas ice world is the biggest disappointment

I found a little cut in Wii rainbow road if you drift really hard (but not too hard or you’ll fall off the track) at the antigravity jump near the end of the track, you can save like a second and a half because you don’t jump as high
You’re missing the three shroomless ultra shortcuts from Piranha plant cove (one week from now, everyone’s gonna be talking about about them!)
There is actually a shortcut in dk mountain where, on the final ramp at the top of the mountain, you can go over some of the rocks to the right by using a mushroom. Also Mario kart 8 was an absolute blast and I’m going to miss the updates.
In Rome avanti you forgot the market shortcut and it is the biggest one on the track
bro have 2 shortcuts in wii rainbow road u dont demostred one in the part of the 8 you use the ant gravity jump and cut this part and can use in the shortcut of the S and this I descovery it's in the part before the star launch in the gravity jump if you in the firt booster do a drift for the left you can cut the jump.
Idk why everyone made a huge deal of the DK Mountain shortcut not being there, LOL it’s still there and still sort of challenging
You can skip the big u turn at the beginning of Rosalina’s. You are going to have to take a sharp turn and hop off the side, but it is possible.
I've managed to make the Rosalina's Ice world gap cut but it is not worth it sadly

With the grass shortcut on Madrid, you can actually take the glider to the other side of the fence and mushroom through a bigger portion of grass.
New shortcut: on the half pipe near the end of Wii rainbow Road you can skip the part where your flung in the air by driving of the side of the half pipe – no hop or mushroom

Danm young buck!! Lol I was 34 with 2 kids and married when u were in high-school lol. Now my daughter is a senior. You aren't much older then her 😂. I remember the snes mariokart release and playing it at target for hours. You weren't even born yet👶🤣
