no hate but what you do doesn't make sense. if u restart then you don't need to start anything. also, do you even know what rdpclip.exe is? probably not, this is remote desktop stuff and has nothing to do with this problem, you are logged in with a local account, not remote. the dwm.exe desktop window manager is always running and as long as everything else is working fine, u should better leave it alone. it is most likely explorer.exe or buggy coz of a running VM or programs
you can also restart without doing all that
it only stops working in microsoft constantly for me
