Some cars even have a hole to insert a screwdriver and it hits the dead center of the motor and you can tap with a hammer, some cars dont require taking it all the way apart like this

My power windows and power locks don't work. Should I try this this trick? I am going to assume that the window motor has nothing to do with power locks. And again both windows & locks are not working. Every time I replace the fuse it still won't work.

If you are able to take the motor apart. Clean the inside of the motor. Electrical contacts etc. lube any shafts or gears. Your motor will often work like new agin.
I need your advice please Brother 🙏🏼🙏🏼😞😞😞 So unknowingly I've only gone and ordered a US Market Dorman 741-736 window regulator which is for a USDM Civic's (Passenger side) so have just discovered that the regulators motor electrical plug is a 2 pin whereas on my UKDM Civic (Driver side) it's a 4 pin plug.
So basically regulator and motor would fit as it's for the right side door, just theres 2 wires and a 2 pin plug instead of 4 wires and a 4 pin plug to connect to my UKDM wiring. Any ideas to work round this bro? Damn totally my fault I should've known plugs would be different being that RHD – UKDM and LHD- USDM, Totally my fault 🤦🏼 Please help 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Honestly can’t say how thankful I am. Window was stuck down for a whole day and was stressing about it.

What if the window motor works and window goes down and up but jutters before closing completely. It’s as far as it closes leaving a 3/4 “ opening???
