Hi Sorin. regarding the BIOS/UEFi update – you should clean that up from your SSD as it's sitting there in the boot partition and you may not have the luck next time when the BIOS gets bricked and you'll need to re-flash it.

Took about 5 minutes to find the schematic and knew right away, 5v USBc power chip is the one that was burnt, and USBc controller dead. But you did it without schematic, ππ

Sorin you dont need a schematic.You are a schematic!
The proper solution is to take a pen grinder and fix in a proper way, not always is wire for a proper solutions.
