The fringe elements have taken undue advantage of this false case to push their own agenda on a bigger platform to make the caste issue a law. All parents of Indian origin be aware of this and exercise your rights in the US. Don't let these fringe organizations paint your children as practicing caste discrimination. Please don't take this lightly. There are some paid groups that want to misrepresent Hindus. This is very dangerous not just to Hindus but to the societies they live in because these are false accusations against Hindus.

EL and California CRD should be sued, lock stock and barrel , it's assets sold, it's owners perp walked in front of media TV cameras for filing Frivolous and Harassment lawsuit, and a very hefty penalty and interest imposed by the court should happen.
